Design

The customer of the project is professionally engaged in a horseback riding. The designers were tasked to create a unique complex that met all the stringent sanitary and technological requirements for the post, the maintenance and preparation of horses for participation in competitions of the highest level. Also the complex must contain the entire infrastructure necessary for the living and recreation of the horse owners in their spare time from training and competition. Another goal that the customer set up before creating the complex was conducting hippotherapy sessions for social, psychological and physical rehabilitation of disabled people. It explains the creation of the equal conditions with other groups of people environment for people with disabilities. Here are the key areas of activity and socio-occupational importance to design and implement Equestrian Centre:

- Promotion and development of equestrian sports and horse breeding;
- Promotion of horse breeding and equestrian sports industry - the possibility of introducing children to a healthy lifestyle;
- Support for equestrian sports, by virtue of its social significance - a promising area of charity;
- Master classes by leading domestic and foreign competitors;
- Junior School with affordable training policy;
- Conducting competitions, including the Olympic disciplines.

Almost half of the total area of the Pushkin district is covered with forests, where the equestrian center is located. The exceptionally favorable combination of natural factors and the absence of large industrial enterprises let us to think about the area as one of the most environmentally friendly in the suburbs.
10 kilometers away from the site there is a museum- estate Muranovo associated with the names of the famous poets Baratynsky and Tiutchev.

A little further than Muranovo there is a Museum-Reserve Abramtsevo, where in 70-90s of the XIX century there was the Abramtsevo artistic circle - one of the places of origin and formation of the so-called "neo-Russian style", which proved to be a forerunner and one of the varieties of the style of "modern" in Russia. Up to the present days on the territory of the museum-reserve the buildings were preserved in the construction of which the leading architects and artists of the time recreated folk art traditions of Russian Middle Ages. Small, mostly wooden buildings, are generously covered with intricate carvings, creatively reproducing patterns of peasant art.
